What We Believe

At CCFC, we are passionate about living out our faith and boldly sharing the life changing good news of Jesus Christ. Our heart is to see lives transformed by His love, believers rooted and growing in their faith, and people empowered to live with purpose and impact.

We believe in discipleship and in equipping God’s people to serve, lead, and empower others. As we grow together, we are committed to making a real difference in our community by living out the love of Christ in practical and meaningful ways.

Our Faith

At the heart of our faith is a deep belief in one true God, who exists eternally as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He is loving, gracious, and sovereign, and He is actively at work in creating, sustaining, redeeming, and restoring the world.

The Bible, made up of the Old and New Testaments, is central to everything we do. We hold Scripture as the inspired Word of God and our final authority for faith and daily living.

Humanity was created in the image of God, designed to live in relationship with Him, to love, to reflect His holiness, and to care for His creation. Though sin brought separation from God, His redemptive plan was revealed through Jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ, the Son of God, came into the world through the virgin Mary. Fully God and fully human, He lived a sinless life and willingly gave Himself on the cross. Through His death and resurrection, sin was defeated, forgiveness was made possible, and reconciliation with God was restored.

Our hope is anchored in the resurrection of Jesus, His ascension to the Father, and His ongoing reign as the only Saviour of the world. He is the first fruits of the resurrection and the promise of eternal life for all who trust in Him.

Salvation is not something we earn but a gift of God’s grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ alone. It is by grace that lives are changed and hearts are made new.

The Holy Spirit is at work in and among us, drawing people to repentance, bringing new life in Christ, shaping believers through discipleship, and empowering us to live boldly as witnesses in the world.

The Church is the body of Christ, both local and global. As a community of believers, we are called to worship God, share the good news of Jesus, love one another deeply, and express God’s justice and compassion in practical ways.

We look forward with hope to the return of Jesus Christ, when God’s purposes will be fully revealed, eternal life will be given to the redeemed, and a new heaven and a new earth will be established.

Our faith is not simply a set of statements. It is a living relationship with Jesus Christ and a shared journey as a family of faith. We invite you to walk this journey with us.

A Warm Welcome

Dear brothers, sisters, and friends,
We’re so delighted to welcome you! Below, you’ll find some helpful information about our Sunday service and what to expect when you join us.

Where and When

We gather every Sunday at 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM at our church building (3-9 Spon End, Coventry, CV1 3HB). We recommend arriving about 10 minutes early to find parking and settle in before the service begins.

After the Service

We’d love for you to stay a little longer! We serve tea, coffee, and snacks after the service—it's a wonderful time to connect, share, and enjoy fellowship together. And of course, all refreshments are completely free.

Accessibility

We want everyone to feel at home. Our building has wheelchair access and a hearing loop for those who need it. If you require any assistance, just let a member of our Welcome Team know when you arrive, and they’ll be happy to help. Accessible toilets are also available in the main foyer.

Our Service

Our Sunday service begins at 2:00 PM with a warm and heartfelt welcome from one of our team members. We then move into a time of worship, led by our worship team, where we lift our voices and hearts in praise. At times, someone may share a short prayer or read an inspiring Bible passage to encourage us.

We also take a moment to share church news and updates, helping everyone stay connected with what’s happening in our community. After this, the Pastor prays over the children before they head to their Sunday school classes.

One of our leaders then shares a message from God’s Word, offering teaching, encouragement, and wisdom. We close with a time of worship, prayer, and reflection, allowing space for God to speak to our hearts. If you would like personal prayer, our team is always available at the end of the service to pray with you.

We’d love for you to join us and experience this beautiful time of worship, learning, and fellowship together!

What about my kids?

Children begin the service together with their parents or guardians, joining in the welcome, worship, and announcements. We love worshipping as a church family and creating a space where people of all ages can experience God’s presence together.

After the announcements, one of our team members will invite the children to head to their Sunday School classes with their teachers. These sessions are fun, engaging, and age-appropriate, with activities such as music, crafts, drama, Bible stories, testimonies, and more, all designed to help children grow in their faith in an exciting and meaningful way.

At the end of the service, the children return with their teachers, often full of joy and eager to share what they have learned.

We love having children as part of our church family and look forward to seeing them grow and thrive in their journey of faith.

Getting Connected

Small Groups

While Sundays are a wonderful time to meet new people, deeper connections are often formed in smaller gatherings. Our small groups provide a welcoming space to build friendships, grow in faith, and support one another in a more personal setting.

We offer a variety of small groups that meet throughout the week, both in the afternoons and evenings, so there is something to suit everyone. You can explore our Small Groups to find one that fits you, or let us know and we will gladly connect you with a group leader who will warmly welcome you.

We would love for you to find a place where you feel at home and supported within our church family.

Serving and Volunteering

We love working together to make church a welcoming and uplifting place for everyone. If you’d like to get involved and be part of what happens behind the scenes, we’d love for you to join one of our teams. Whether it’s helping on Sundays or supporting in other ways, there’s a place for you to serve and make a difference.

Other Ministries

Beyond our Sunday services, we also have ministries that bring people together to grow in faith and community:

  • Men’s Ministry – A space for men to connect, encourage one another, and grow in faith.
  • Women’s Ministry – A welcoming community where women can share, support, and inspire each other.
  • Youth Ministry – A fun and engaging environment for young people to build friendships and explore their faith.
  • Evangelism Ministry- A ministry dedicated to sharing the love of Christ with our community. Through outreach, conversation, prayer, and practical acts of kindness, we seek to reflect God’s heart and invite others to experience the hope and transformation found in Jesus.

There’s something for everyone, and we’d love for you to get involved in a way that feels right for you!
