What We Believe
At CCFC, we are passionate about living out our faith and boldly sharing the life changing good news of Jesus Christ. Our heart is to see lives transformed by His love, believers rooted and growing in their faith, and people empowered to live with purpose and impact.
We believe in discipleship and in equipping God’s people to serve, lead, and empower others. As we grow together, we are committed to making a real difference in our community by living out the love of Christ in practical and meaningful ways.
Our Faith
At the heart of our faith is a deep belief in one true God, who exists eternally as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He is loving, gracious, and sovereign, and He is actively at work in creating, sustaining, redeeming, and restoring the world.
The Bible, made up of the Old and New Testaments, is central to everything we do. We hold Scripture as the inspired Word of God and our final authority for faith and daily living.
Humanity was created in the image of God, designed to live in relationship with Him, to love, to reflect His holiness, and to care for His creation. Though sin brought separation from God, His redemptive plan was revealed through Jesus Christ.
Jesus Christ, the Son of God, came into the world through the virgin Mary. Fully God and fully human, He lived a sinless life and willingly gave Himself on the cross. Through His death and resurrection, sin was defeated, forgiveness was made possible, and reconciliation with God was restored.
Our hope is anchored in the resurrection of Jesus, His ascension to the Father, and His ongoing reign as the only Saviour of the world. He is the first fruits of the resurrection and the promise of eternal life for all who trust in Him.
Salvation is not something we earn but a gift of God’s grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ alone. It is by grace that lives are changed and hearts are made new.
The Holy Spirit is at work in and among us, drawing people to repentance, bringing new life in Christ, shaping believers through discipleship, and empowering us to live boldly as witnesses in the world.
The Church is the body of Christ, both local and global. As a community of believers, we are called to worship God, share the good news of Jesus, love one another deeply, and express God’s justice and compassion in practical ways.
We look forward with hope to the return of Jesus Christ, when God’s purposes will be fully revealed, eternal life will be given to the redeemed, and a new heaven and a new earth will be established.
Our faith is not simply a set of statements. It is a living relationship with Jesus Christ and a shared journey as a family of faith. We invite you to walk this journey with us.
